Mix phase A with moderate shear. Premix phase B. Add phase B into phase A under moderate shear (500 rpm). Heat phase A+B to 60°C. Mix phase C and heat to 60°C. Add phase C to phase A+B at 60°C under high shear (1,000rpm) for 5 minutes. Cool down the batch with moderate mixing to 40°C. Add phase D into the batch with moderate mixing (500 rpm).At 25°C, adjust pH to 7.0 by adding 20% citric acid in water solution.
